Day By Day

People ask me, Justin how are you so positive all the time, why do you smile so much, how do you have so much energy? I always think to myself Day By Day. Every time I hear these things I sit back and think, “These people really don’t know I have a little grumpiness to myself, especially when I get HUNGRY!” Give me some food and 15 minutes of peace and quiet and I'm good for another 24 hours.”
So DAY BY DAY!!! This is something I really focus on. All the Goals I set, I take a realistic mindset of knowing that whatever they are, it will be a process to accomplish them. So I take advantage of every opportunity I get to take one step closer to that goal DAY BY DAY. It’s much easier to think about TODAY (Present time) then to think about yesterday or tomorrow. Because trust me as you get older you tend to forget things easier. I challenge you to Take control of your actions in the PRESENT MOMENT!
Accomplishing your goals is not an easy task. There will be good and bad days. You will fail. But with FAILURE comes SUCCESS. As long as you learn from your mistakes and KEEP GOING!!!
Develop a DAY BY DAY mindset and track your progress. Because some progress is better than no progress. Before you know it, you will look back and take a second on how far you have come and realize it was as simple as working at it DAY BY DAY without giving up!!!
